A: First, provide your specific requirements or applications, and we will formulate a battery solution and quote accordingly. Second, after confirming the order details and completing the deposit, we will arrange production immediately.

A: We need details including: 1. Battery pack size, 2. Voltage requirements, 3. Battery capacity, 4. Maximum continuous discharge/working current, 5. Cable and connector types, and 6. Whether communication protocols or Bluetooth APP integration is required.
Q5. Can I print my custom logo on the product?
A: Yes. For OEM requests, please send us your logo design and we will create labels for your product. For products designed with metal or aluminum enclosures, silk-screen printing directly onto the case is also available.

A: Yes, we provide MSDS and UN38.3 documentation for both individual cells and completed battery packs. Additional special safety and compliant documentation (such as UL, IEC etc.) required by specific international regions can also be prepared upon request.
