Q Can your battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered both by sea and by air. We have MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q Can I fast charge my battery?
Fast charging is not recommended as it is harmful to the life cycle of the battery.
Q Can I perform a partial replacement of my batteries?
Partial battery replacement of lead acid battery banks is not recommended, as balancing old and new batteries can reduce overall system performance.
Q Why does a battery show different capacities at different hour rates?
The capacity of a battery (in Ah) is a dynamic number dependent on the discharge current. A battery discharged at a lower current (e.g., 20-hour rate) delivers more usable capacity than one discharged at a higher current (e.g., 2-hour rate).
Q What is the shelf life of VRLA batteries and how do I maintain them?
The shelf life is limited by the rate of self-discharge, which is temperature-dependent. VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 77°F (25°C). They should not be stored for more than 6 months without a recharge. Under hot temperatures, recharge them every 3 months.
Q How is the product quality controlled?
We utilize rigorous quality management systems. This includes Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to test raw materials, Production Quality Control (PQC) for in-process inspection and full compliance checking, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to confirm no defective items leave the facility.
