Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

QWhat about the lead time?

It takes 3-5 days for samples and 1-2 weeks for mass production.

QHow about the shipping method?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

QWhat is your warranty policy?

First of all, our products are produced in a strict quality control system. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will send new lights in small batches of new orders. For defective bulk products, we will repair them and resend them to you, or we can discuss solutions including recalls based on the actual situation. We have a professional after-sales service team to deal with your complaints and feedback.
